Recognition Award Programs

Dynamic PTA programs enrich the lives of children, their families and their communities. That's why California State PTA and National PTA offer a number of Recognition Award Programs to celebrate the achievements of PTAs, individual members and community partners. All of these awards are designed to recognize and encourage the development of model PTA programs.

In addition, California State PTA provides Service Award Programs to honor and publicly acknowledge the outstanding community service of PTAs, our members and community partners.

PURPOSE – To recognize and encourage the development of model PTA programs

For Recognition Award Programs, prizes and funding are available for PTAs in good standing that submit an award-winning application showcasing a model program.

If your PTA organizes programs, activities and events to benefit student achievement, health and wellness and involvement; to build PTA leadership, membership and outreach; or, to enhance the community with parent engagement, advocacy and environment awareness, consider applying for a PTA recognition award.
