The Office of the Education Master Plan (“OEMP�) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization and as such is funded entirely by donations. The OEMP’s mission is to disseminate information about the Master Plan for Education to all communities throughout California in an effort to encourage its implementation through the formation of school/business/community partnerships, the creation of a network of people who can infuse Master Plan implementation into their work and activities, the building of widespread awareness and support of the Master Plan throughout the state, and by providing technical support to people and organizations in their attempts to improve public education. The efforts of the OEMP do not include lobbying.
